| 11 June 2025 | Entry open to all exhibitors; |
| 19 September 2025 | Final deadline for application to DAME Design Awards; |
| 22 September 2025 | Entrants of all categories will be requested to send in their product(s); |
| 29 September 2025 | For airfright shipments; latest arrival date at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. |
| 6 October 2025 | Deadline all products available for judgement at RAI Amsterdam; |
| 27 October 2025 | Announcement of the nominated products; |
| 18 November 2025 | Announcement Winner DAME Design Awards 2025 during the Metstrade Official Opening |
